Regular Season Round 12: Inter B. - Gimle 95-91

No shocking result in a game when top-ranked SlovakianInter (0-0) defeated 46th ranked Norwegian Gimle (3-5) 95-91 on Friday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Inter trailed by 5 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 95-91. Inter forced 28 Gimle turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Erik Licko who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points, 8 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals and Nikolaj Lukjanec who added 22 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was Kevin Mikutis with 26 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Jorgen Haugland scored 26 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Despite that victory Inter went down to second position due to points difference, which they share with 11 other teams. Gimle lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the 37th place with five games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams.
